Description:Files not in OWP can also be copied to the target directory

Steps:
1."Which OWP need to be updated" choice "ALL"
2.Click Confirm

Actual results:
1.The title of pop-up windows display is improper,not friendly to customers.
2.The parameters displayed in the error message are listed
3.After the error message pops up, the progress bar "Operation In progress(ALARMSHEET UPDATING)" continues to display
4.The position of the pop-up window is displayed in the upper left corner
Expected results ：
1."Command" should not show
2.The error message needs to be changed
3.The progress bar should not display when the error message displays
4.The position of the error pop-up window needs to refer to the previous error pop-up window position
